Last day of school!

We had our last day of school today!

My favorite memory from 1st grade was eating hot lunch.

The thing I'm going to miss the most about 1st grade is my friend, Kate.

The number 1 thing I want to do this summer is play on my motorcycle.
 
We didn't have to do any work today.  We just had fun.  We had an assembly.  There was lots of dancing, and we did the electric slide.  We said goodbye to our principal, Mrs. Nolan.  She's going to a new school.  After the assembly, we had chocolate ice cream!  It was really good.  Then it was time to say goodbye.  My teacher was sad.  I gave her a hug before I left.  I'm excited to be a second grader.  I hope I get Mrs. Pryor, Allison's 2nd grade teacher.
